interlübke was founded in 1937 by the same family that still runs the company to this day. This is gratifying not only for the family and the employees, but also for our customers. It means that we can meet the highest requirements in terms of manufacturing and material quality, design and functionality. And this is evident in every single piece of interlübke furniture.

Quality

Many fine distinctions produce one large one.
 

It is most definitely possible to manufacture furniture more simply and more quickly than we do. But then it would no longer be interlübke furniture. We are very particular when it comes to the so-called trifles. And that is why our furniture is quite different to others, not only in terms of the big picture, but also with regard to the decisive details. In seven individual work steps we apply three durable lacquer coatings to our lacquered furniture surfaces – and not just on the outside, but also on the inside.

Uniqueness

No two people are alike, so why should furnishings be?

 

We build furniture with the precision of industrial series production combined with maximum individuality in design. And because we also supply it in practically any colour required, our individual pieces have one very particular thing in common: their uniqueness. The interlübke system consists of more than 180,000 separate components, out of which anyone can put together his or her very own, unmistakable piece of furniture.

We believe that there's nothing that cannot be improved further.
 


So that's what we do. The results are brilliant – such as the award-winning "bookless" which impresses with its endless versatility as a shelf, room divider, multifunctional type-case or floating wall element. Or a little cabinet revolution like "cube". What's next? That's a secret. But we're working on it.
